🧾 Description
In some cases, the GFS4400 or GFE4400 may not trigger when a barcode is scanned if it is in a dark environment (KIOSK) or when the reader is pointed toward the floor.
This is due to a lack of contrast.
🛠️ Resolution Steps
The solution is to enable the Green Spot as “trigger”. It means the Green spot will be always ON.
