🧾 Description
The purpose is to show how to connect a Powerscan PBT9600, CODiScan, Quickscan QBT2500 or Gryphon GBT4600 directly on Apple iPhone or iPad using iOS v16.4 minimum.
🛠️ Resolution Steps
Scan in following order:
UNLINK (this is to disconnect the reader from previous device)
Restore Default
Scan to start pairing (Slave HiD) - allow to transmit data in keyboard emulation.
On iPhone or iPad:
-→ Go to “Settings” -→ “Bluetooth settings” -→ you should see the reader displayed in the list. Select it to pair it. You should hear some up beeps.
Now scan the right country mode according to the language of your device. see in attachment. (country.pdf)

For some countries, such as France, you must scan the configuration label below to ensure that all characters, including accented characters, are transmitted correctly:
Now you can open a notepad application or scan in text field.
