Here is the information for setting the time to wait before rescanning the same barcode. This setting is to prevent a barcode from getting scanned multiple times while an operator
waves a barcode in front of the scanner.

In Aladdin (on-line or standalone) version there is a setting that has to do with the time when a barcode
is scanned to the time the SAME barcode could be scanned again. A different barcode could be read immediately.
This setting is to prevent the SAME barcode from getting scanned multiple times.
Double Read Timeout 60 (1-255, Default: 60) 0.6 secs. The maximum delay is 2.55 secs.
Double Read Timeout prevents a double read of the same label by setting the minimum
time allowed between reads of labels of the same symbology and data. If the unit reads
a label and sees the same label again within the specified timeout, the second read is
ignored. Double Read Timeout does not apply to scan modes that require a trigger pull

1). Select your scanner
2). Enter “Double” or "Timeout" as your search parameter
3). Enter your value between 1-255 X 10ms , (1-255, Default: 60) 0.6 secs. The maximum delay is 2.55 secs..
4). After changing the timeout value you can export your configuration so it may be applied to your scanners by scanning a
programming barcode.
Note: This parameter only applies when the trigger mode of the scanner is set to auto read .
