This guide is on how to setup your Visiset compatible Matrix for image saving.
🛠️ Resolution Steps
- Connect to the scanner using VisiSet software.
(Connect an Ethernet cable from the switch that the cameras are connected to a laptop computer with VisiSet software. Set a static IP address to 172.16.11.XXX Set XXX to something other than what the cameras are set to. Using VisiSet software select Options. In the VisiSet options window select the communications tab and then click Look for Devices on Network. Double click the IP address of the device that you would like to connect to and click Save. Once the VisiSet Options window disappears click on Connect.)

2. Go to the parameter setup window (Device – Get Configuration from temporary memory)
3. Select the Ethernet tab in the parameter setup window.
4. Under the Image FTP Client Status is where you will be able to turn logging on and off. In the drop down window there are options to enable on good reads only.
5a. Enable on no reads only
5b. Enable for both good reads and no reads
6. To save the configuration to the Matrix. In the parameter setup window go to Device – Send Configuration with options – Permanent Memory
7. Check Environment Parameters – Yes
8. Refer back to step 1 to connect to another scanner
