🧾 Description
This guide will show you how to connect to your device via ethernet and save the configuration to your PC.
🛠️ Resolution Steps
You will need to have your laptop on the same subnet as the Matrix/Blade and connected to the same network or be directly connected. We recommend connecting to the device directly instead of thru switches or routers to prevent any issues with firewalls or other routing problems.
You can go to Datalogic.local/discovery in a web browser and see if your device appears. If so you can use that to find the device IP address.
Once connected you should see your scanner on the online:
Double click or drag the scanner to the grey area to connect to the scanner.
Next click on open device config and then select which config you want. The one with the green check mark is the currently running one. The Click OK.
The camera will go in to a continuous run mode click the Pause button to stop it.
Once it is paused you can go to File>Save>Save Configuration on PC.
Make sure to save the file in a place where you can find it and click save.
