The following excerpt from that users guide shows how to format the barcode to send ASCII characters using either Decimal or Hexadecimal codes. In the example above I use the hexadecimal format.
The follow ASCII chart is from the Gryphon 2D scanner Reference Guide. Use it to determine which characters you wish to send and then create you barcodes as needed in any of the Tec-IT barcode formats, typically Code 128 for 1D or Datamatrix for 2D codes.
