AVx How to enable the Time Synchronization on Critical sw conditions (for example V 4.3)
First checks:
SNT Server IP Address enabled and reachable through HOST port (IP Class, subnet mask, Gateway, Adv. Routing, Ping test, etc…)
Time zone Patch or time zone selected correctly (only on sw rel. 5.6 or newer)
Check again, in case of negative results some AVx OS sw components must be updated with the following Procedure onsite:
Set the laptop Network properties Ethernet port RJ45 DHCP mode
connect the Ethernet patch cable between laptop and AV7000 FOCUS NET port (with adapter)
Open browser Chrone incognito Mode
Open a new webpage 192.168.0.145
Login
Save the AVx backup file Job.zip
If not available
Download the actual App sw rel. from camera or Tech Support Website (for example 4.3..)
Download the actual RTP SW file from Tech Support Website (for example 4.0)
Install the makeExtraSpaceForInstall-1.0.tar.gz Patch
Install the latest available sw version. For example avmulti_STANDARD_5_6_0_8.tar.gz
Downgrade the camera to the original sw version, for example SS5391 V 4.3.0.2
Camera on default status
Set the camera on Cluster again
Downgrade RTP to the original sw rel. ( as ex. 4.0.0.0)
Restore original JOB file
power cycle
Check TIME and reading rate performance
