🧾 Description

How to create a link label for connecting PM9XXX to a base without putting scanner on base.

🛠️ Resolution Steps

At the first time you have to connect each base with Aladdin or other Terminal program. This needs at the base a RS232 interface or USB-Com interface + USB-Com driver.

At next read out the base address with command $EU092 from each base eg. 001CC796 (each base has a own address).

At Next you must create a Code 128 like this: \<FNC3>LnkS001CC796\n for each base you connect to a scanner. (001CC796 is the address from base):

Just do this with my base and it works fine.

If you want to link the scanner to another base you need the link label from the other base. Unlink the scanner from previous base, scan new link label, ready.

So if you have two scanner and two base you must use 2 different link label.
1st. pair: Scanner A + Base A -->link label A
2nd. pair: Scanner B + Base B -->link label B

To disconnect a scanner from a base scan UNLINK.
