🛠️ Resolution Steps
Default to set the scanner to out of box settings
Disable All Symbologies
Enable Datamatrix (most common DPM Code)
Let us know if you have other code types you need reading
Max Decoding Time (gives the decoder the maximum time to scan a 2D code)
White LED’s Disabled (can help for Shinny surfaces)
Datamatrix Square style only
If none of the above helps, the last thing we can try is determine the length of data in the samples.
For example if the code has only 10 characters in, we can restrict the length settings in the decoder which can sometimes help.
