This guide is for DL.Code 1.9 and earlier. Please be aware DL.Code 2.0+ automatically handles static and dynamic calibration.
🛠️ Resolution Steps
In DL.CODE configs under Advanced setup click on Image Settings on the left then Image Auto-Setup on the right.
You want to use Dynamic calibration to simulate a moving belt. You will need to know your approximate belt speed and barcode mil size. The label will still stay static under the Matrix for the calibration but the system will emulate a moving system for calibration.
Here are some size/speed examples
Size mm:
0.50 = 20mil
0.38 = 15 mil
0.33 = 13 mil
0.30 = 12 mil
0.25 = 10 mil
Speed:
1000mm/s is roughly 200fpm
