A case come up regarding License from Florida not reading. Upon review the license PDF417 was overprinted causing a no read condition. This was reported to Florida's DMV and they noted the had some misprinted barcodes from late 2019 to 2020. However, the customer ID was issued in Nov '21.
For US Florida license, be on a look out for bad printed PDF417 barcodes.
