If you are trying to setup a master/slave system in Visiset please refer to the below guide.
🛠️ Resolution Steps
Connect to the Matrix via Visiset open the parameter settings. There should be a topology role in the Reading System Layout tab. If this is the master, make sure to enable each expected slave device number equal to the number of slaves cameras you have. If this is a slave, change your Topology Role to Slave and set your slave address.
Please make sure that all slave address are unique. You can check the other slaves under Device>ID-net status window there is a list of slave addresses. You can double click the slave to connect to it to make changes. If it does not show up you need to connect to the Matrix directly.
