Joya Touch A6 – Hard Reset Procedure

A Hard Reset safely restarts the Joya Touch A6 device by resetting all hardware components. This method is useful when the device becomes unresponsive or experiences a critical failure. It does not erase data and is safe to perform under most conditions.
 

Steps to Perform a Hard Reset
1. Full Shutdown

• Press and hold the Power key using a metallic clip (e.g., paperclip) for approximately 15 seconds.
• Release the clip when the left and right LEDs blink once simultaneously, confirming the device has shut down properly.

2. Restart the Device

1. Press the Scan Key or Scan Trigger to power the device back on.

Outcome

• The device will reboot with all hardware components reset, restoring normal functionality without data loss.
