Step by step of doing force device connection in Aladdin version 3.
🛠️ Resolution Steps
1. Open the Aladdin software
2. Click on the cog wheel and then click on Force Device Connection
3. Follow these instructions… This refers to a corded handheld or a base station for a wireless scanner. When refer to a base station the button on the base would be the trigger.
4. The Port connection should change automatically to USB-HID…
5. Click on “Connect Device”
6. Now your scanner is connected, your configuration will be loaded and you can make changes to it or save it to a file.
