This guide is for updating all devices that connect to DL.Code.
🛠️ Resolution Steps
The latest firmware is in the latest DL.Code so please make sure you have the latest DL.CODE downloaded from our website at:

The downloads link should be listed as DL.CODE Configuration Tool Current Release
Launch DL.Code and connect to your Matrix N device then go to Device>Update Package.
Select the package that is right for your device then click open. If the DevicePackages folder is not open there is a link at the top left to go to the folder directly.
Click yes at the prompt:
You will see the below loading window. Let this run and do not power off or touch any buttons on the Matrix N during this time. This can take a few minutes.
When it is finished you will get this notice click OK and your device will be ready on the new firmware once it has completed an automatic reboot. Your configs should still be loaded and running on the device.
