Some users report that the Skorpio X4 (WEC7) scanner connects successfully to SonicWall APs in office environments but fails to connect at store locations, despite identical network configurations and correct credentials.
Symptoms
- Device connects to APs in one location but not others.
- Password confirmed correct.
- MAC filtering not in use.
- Other devices (including other Datalogic handhelds and third-party brands) connect without issue.
