🛠️ Resolution Steps
1. Access Registry Files
- From the desktop of the scanner, open:
- My Device > FlashDisk
2. Adjust Folder View Settings
- Tap View from the top menu.
- Select Options from the dropdown.
- Uncheck all three boxes (e.g., Hide file extensions, Hide system files, etc.).
- Tap OK to apply changes.
3. Delete Registry Files
- Locate and delete the following files:
- regf.1
- regf.2
4. Perform a Cold Boot
- Remove the main battery from the device.
- Press and hold the SCAN button on the keypad.
- While holding the SCAN button, press the Reset button located in the bottom of the battery compartment.
- Reinsert the battery and power the scanner back on.
