🧾 Description
Some Taskbook users may encounter a missing power icon from the softkey interface. This issue can be resolved by reinstalling the appropriate SoftKeys application.
🛠️ Resolution Steps
1. Download the Required Application
- Use the following link to download the correct version of the SoftKeys app:
- SoftKeys v4.2.2.1.R5 (2019)
2. Extract and Install
- Extract the contents of the downloaded .zip file.
- Locate the installer:
- Setup_SoftKeys_v4.2.2.1.R5_2019.exe
- Transfer the installer to the Taskbook device.
- Run the installer to install the SoftKeys application.
3. Verify Installation
- After installation, restart the device.
- Confirm that the power icon is now visible and functional in the softkey interface.

- Ensure the device is running a compatible OS version before installing.
- If the issue persists after installation, perform a warm reboot or check for conflicting UI configurations.
