Step 2: Enter Recovery Mode

Continue holding until the Boot Menu appears.
Step 3: Navigate to Recovery Mode
Use the Volume Up/Down buttons to scroll through the menu.
Highlight Recovery Mode.
Press the Power button to select.
Step 4: Perform Factory Reset
Once in Recovery Mode, use the Volume buttons to navigate to:
Wipe data/factory reset
Press the Power button to confirm.

Step 5: Reboot the Device
After the reset is complete, select:
Reboot system now
The device will restart and return to its factory default state.
